Other Government Agency (OGA) Application Types
The Bahamas Customs Department, in tandem with the Ministry of Finance, now houses the Permits & Concession Module by which concessions and permits can be applied for online. The process has now become completely digital, allowing applicants to create their own submissions for approval by the Ministry of Finance. Declarations can then be completed by brokers, couriers and agents doing business with Customs with these respective applications attached to waive the necessary fees according to the respective concession.
There are TWO Types Concession Categories you can apply for:
- Master Concessions
- General Concessions

HOW TO APPLY FOR A CONCESSION/PERMIT (Mentioned Above):
If you do not yet have the access to apply for your OGA Concession/Permit Online, do the following:
- Reach out to the Information Technology Unit of Bahamas Customs and request permission via email at click2clear@bahamas.gov.bs.
- You will then be sent a reset password for the OGA Permits and Concessions Module. Once you create your password, log into the specific site mentioned and begin your application.

HOW TO LOG INTO THE OGA PERMITS & CONCESSIONS MODULE:
- Visit our website’s landing page (www.bahamascustoms.gov.bs)
- In the upper right corner of the screen, select the purple ‘Permits & Concessions’ button
- You will be redirected to a screen (red and white), where you must select ‘CLICK HERE TO LOG IN’
- You will then be taken to a log in screen where you input your credentials and select ‘submit’ once completed.
- Once you are inside the system, apply for the respective permit according to your needs.
